I'm unable to download any videos as from this morning
REALPLAYER HAS THE WORST TEC SUPORT I HAVE EVER HAD
AND I WILL DO ALL THAT I CAN TO MAKE SURE THAT EVERYONE KNOWS THIS. IT WAS MUCH BETTER WHEN A LIVE PERSON COULD SPEAK TO A LIVE PERSON.
We don't have phone support but have community and email support and have responded to all queries in a timely fashion.
Could you please be more specific about the problem you are having? Please describe exactly what it is that you are trying to do and include any error messages that you may receive. It can also be helpful to include what your computer's operating system is and what web browser you're using. The more specific you are, the better we will be able to assist you.
