DVD player won't play DVD and UNABLE TO DOWNLOAD CERTAIN VIDEOS IS NEW

I USE TO BE ABLE TO UNINSTALLED NEW UPDATE OR DO A COMPLETE RECOVERY CAN'T DO THAT ANYMORE . THAT USE TO MAKE MY REAL PLAYER/ REAL TIME PLAY MY DVD. YOUR TECH SHARMA HAS COLLECTED INFO ON  MY COMPUTER SEVERAL TIME TO GET BACK WITH ME BUT NOTHING IS DONE. THE NEW THING NOW IS UNABLE TO DOWNLOAD VIDEOS ON YOU TUBE IS NEW FOR ME.  I HATE I'M HAVING SO MUCH PROBLEM WITH MY REAL PLAYER / REAL TIME. 

EVERY TIME I SEEK OT FOR HELP FROM REAL TECH THEY COME INTO MY COMPUTER TELL ME WE WILL GET BACK WITH YOU AND I DON'T HEAR ROM THEM. WHEN I DO THEY NEED TO COLLECT MORE INFO FROM MY COMPUTER . ALL they do is collect info from my computer. Why if your not fixing I now feel uncomfortable coming into my computer collecting info nothing done . what are you doing with the info you collect my computer.
