Burning Dvd's with RealPlayer Plus

I am trying to burn Youtube movies using RealPlayer Plus. The problem is that the movie will download to my computer ok then when the burning process starts an error window pops up  sayin something about an internal error problem.When I first purchased this program it worked fine. Now not at all.Is there a fix for this? PLEASE email at mikeharper9171@aol.com with a fik. There is no way to get in contact with RealPlayer or Youtube support.Thank You

  Can you please let us know the exact error message? It would be great if you could attach the screenshot of the error.
