    As mentioned previously, with the information you've provided, we were not able to locate an account. It would be extremely difficult for us to know which version you purchased and under which email address it was purchased without having the proper information. We started selling the current version from May, 2015. Therefore, if you purchased your RealPlayer around or after this time, please reply to our email with the requested information.
