Not Detecting USB

I have a paid version of Real Player 18, which is not detecting my USB, I cannot send my music to the USB, but the computer does recognize my USB

  You can't directly send music to your USB from RealPlayer anymore. All your music files are stored in your Music folder in your C drive by default. You will need to manually move them from your C drive to your USB drive.
