    Please follow these instructions.

    1. Open RealPlayer.
    2. Click the RealPlayer logo, then Preferences
    3. In the Category pane, select Hardware.

    - Under Video Card Compatibility, move the slider bar Most reliable.
    - Click OK twice to save the changes.
    - Close out of RealPlayer, restart it

    Please let us know if the issue persists.

    No. It did not. I did exactly what you told me. It just "loading page" ☹️

    Can you try these if the earlier instructions didn't help?

    1. Type Internet Options in the Windows search bar or open Internet Explorer and click Internet Options.
    2. Under Browsing History, click Delete and Delete again when prompted.
    3. Click Advanced tab and Click Reset.
    4. Click OK and close Internet Options/Internet Explorer.
    5. Restart your computer and try again.

    Please let us know if it resolves the issue.

    When I click on the "web videos" tab it eventually plays but not when I click on my library. It just say loading.

    But if I do that isn't that going to make me lose all my passwords and automatic log-ins to my websites? I really don't want to do that. It downloads videos perfect. Then when I see where it says locate the video. I click on that and once I find where the video is I can play it. But I can't locate the video using my library. I find it using my cellphone easy. i love it on my cellphone but there is no download feature on it.
