Realplayer Installation aborted "Not available in your Region"

With new Win10 Dell Laptop, I am not able to install Real Player, chossing Germany, German Language says "RealPlayer ist in Ihrer Region nicht verfügbar." Starting installation as admin does not help either. Looging in on account works, but not the installation.
