Real Downloader Issue

The past week when I want to download a video or more than 1 at a time, downloader locks up and I can't use it. I need to wait 5 to 10 minutes for downloader to unlock before I can save the video. This is happening to BOTH the computers I have Realplayer installed on. I'm using Internet Explorer because I am used to it. Has Real.com done something to the program? I tried all the listed fixes in Help and nothing changes. I uninstalled and installed many times, still same problem. Any suggestions to fix this issue??

  Please follow the instructions from the below link to upgrade to the latest version which fixes the downloader issue.

  Thanks for the help. After I used the link and updated, the download problem still not fixed on both PC's. One a desktop and the other a laptop, both with Windows 10. Don't understand it. Been using Real Player and Real download for over 10 years with no problems until now. Please advise

  Mike,

  Can you please let us know the following information:

  1. Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.
  2. Right click on videodl.exe and click Properties and then the Details tab.

  Please provide us with the version number you see there.

  Could you also provide us with a sample URL that you are trying to download?
