    try to updated my realplayer but it keeps say error need to check date and clock on my computer so I think your system doesn't recognize the new year so pls update your system so we can update ours......

    Absolutely same problem. spent useless time on joggling with the timezone, computer restarts - my computertime is very perfect and same the timezone is, I probably just wasted money on upgrading to premium features, I hope to get the money back if REAL will insist on this. I can recall the Y2K problem - maybe we have today Y2020 problem where REAL probably did not consider there would be some 2020. very frustrating. It is great they are offering the option to share problems with others in this forum  - maybe we should help ourselves mutually instead of REAL resolving the problem.

    In the last few days when I try to play a DVD I get the message “the software update ‘Video Plus’ could not be verified as authentic.  Please check your computer’s clock….  Error Code: CERT_AUTH_FAILED”.  What’s the problem?
