Downloading videos
I have been downloading videos from the internet for some years. All of a sudden they have stopped opening in ReaiTimes. They are on the computer but will not open. Instead of an image of the first scene I now get the RealTimes logo. Is this something I have done wrong or is it a fault of the system. I am not very computer literate so would appreciate any help in simple terms.
Thanks

Are these videos stored in the Cloud? If yes, we are aware of an issue where Cloud videos are not playable. Our engineering team is looking into it.
Please confirm.

Thanks for that. I download the videos to an external hard drive. Not the cloud. The videos refuse to open both on the download and when I copy it from there to the external hard drive. I should have said I am using a Mac. It has just been updated, perhaps this is the problem.

We stopped supporting and distributing Mac version of RealPlayer. Request you to use an alternate player.
We apologize for the inconvenience.

Are you ever going back to supporting macs? If not what alternative do you recommend?

Andy,
You could try VLC.

We don't have an update about that. We are sure there are many media players for Macs.
