Solution to Fix Downloading Does Not Work!

Your brilliant solution to fix the problem with Real Downloader does not work.  Did as instructed going to Internet Options--Delete-then-Delete again.  Try downloading- close all windows-shutdown PC-restart- back to youtube video and try downloading.

  If anyone knows any good programs other than RealPlayer's Downloader that work, please let me know as I doubt this problem will be fixed.   Probably going to charge us again for a new version.

  Keep getting the message No Videos found at this web address have clean uninstalled and reinstalled it but keep getting the same message. On Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome.

  Will have to use YT Downloader until it is fixed.

  Can you please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer and look for a file name videodl.exe. Can you please right click on it and go to Properties. I would like you to click the Details tab and let us know what the Product Version is?

  YT Downloader, a different app, works flawlessly and I didn't pay to use it.
