what the hell is wrong now with this piece of shit.. won't download videos.. are you ever gonna get this f---ing thing to work right. I doubt it with this piece of dog shit

Can you please provide us with a sample video that you are not able to download? Also, can you please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer and look for a file name videodl.exe. Can you please right click on it and go to Properties. We would like you to click the Details tab and let us know what the Product Version is?

This means that your Downloader didn't get updated.
Please follow these steps to update your Downloader.
1. Type Internet Options in the Windows search bar or open Internet Explorer and click Internet Options.
2. Under Browsing History, click Delete and Delete again when prompted.
3. Click OK and close Internet Options/Internet Explorer.
4. Open one of the web browsers (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge) and go to YouTube.com.
5. Click the Download This Video button. (You will still receive "No videos to download" message at this time)
6. Close all Windows and restart your PC.
7. Go back to your web browser and download a video. (You should be able to download videos again)This should ideally update it. If it still doesn't, it means that your Windows is blocking the update. You can manually update. Here are instructions to do so:
1. Please go to C:\ProgramData\Real\RealUpgrade
2. Look for a folder within this folder and open it. Double click the EXE file within. You will see a new videodl.exe saved in this folder.
3. Copy this videodl.exe to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer and replace the existing one
4. Restart your PC and you should be able to download videos.
If the issue persists, please let us know.

well it worked for a while.. what the fuck is the problem now the downloader number is correct I think it's time to find a new you tube downloader

Please try a different video from a non YouTube site. If you are able to download from the other website and not YouTube, it is quite possible YouTube is blocking. In the meanwhile, can you please provide us with a sample URL that you are not able to download?

Can you please confirm if you followed the instructions we sent earlier? The version you have is the older one which means that you didn't update it correctly. Therefore, please confirm
