unable to load

Last week I could load videos but now I get "loading" on the screen but it doesn't load (even very old Chinese songs, no copyright issues)! There is a pop-up to download drivers but it is labelled Google ad while I entered realplayer through your icon, not Google. I am afraid of malicious software. What's the story?
