Web videos will not load when I search

When I go into web videos and enter an artist or song and search, the screen shows loading and freezes there not allowing you to do anything. This just happened after the last update.

  We will send you an email as soon as our engineers have fixed it. Until such time requesting you to use a web browser to search for videos.Reinstalling RealPlayer won't help currently.

  Real player video doesn’t load when I search why. Please advice. Unable to download anything anymore

  Web Videos will not load when I search.The screen just shows "Loading".This has occurred since the last update.

  When I go to Web Videos, ,enter the name of a film, programme, location?

  It goes into 'Loading' takes too long to do so or give explanation why?

  Does same after 5 program delete/ installs.

  When I go into web videos and enter an artist or song and search, the screen shows loading and freezes at that point not allowing you to do anything.

  A couple of weeks ago search/download worked.

  I've uninstalled, then deleted folders and files associated with realplayer, restarted the PC

  reinstalled using the "run as administrator"  and that didn't resolve the issue

  I have the same issue on 3 PC's. One has latest release and 2 have prior release. Screen show "loading" and freezes.
