Realplayer not found the video
I installed and reinstalled the realplayer, and uninstalled and reinstalled. the realplayer still does not work.
"No videos to download on this page"
Can not download from youtube video.
What should I do to fix it?

If you are on the latest version and yet now able to download videos, can you please provide us with a sample URL that shows "No videos to download" message?

Until such time, request you to use a web browser to search and download content.

The realplayer I have installed is from your webpage, unless the it is old version on the real.com webpage.
It should be the latest version.
I download again to install. But it is still not working. When will it be fixed?

Any youtube video on the youtube are not able to download. They all show :No video to download on this page" , such as

Alternately, can you try using Internet Explorer and see if you are able to download videos?

That is my own video I posted yesterday. I couldn't download either.
I normally use google chrome.
I will try IE.

The real downloader does not come out on Internet explorer. Is there any setting need to be done?

I did reinstalled realplayer on my internet explorer. The realdownloader is working, but unable to load the video.
I think the real downloader is not compatible with youtube video. Need to improve. The problem is not the internet explore or google chrome browser. But the issue is real downloader not compatible with youtube. I don't think it is because the Covid-19 cause the issue. Coronavirus is a Human virus. It does not attack the computer network.
I think you need to find out where youtube hide the video."No videos to download on this page". The issue is between youtube and realdownloader.

I did enable. but not work, then i reinstalled realplayer on internet explorer browser. Then realdownloader works, but still unable to downloader video.
Not only realdownloader can not load the youtube video, but also Clipgrab can not either. The Clipgrab show the error " Error transferring https://,,,,, - server replied: Too Many Requests Error code 429"
I will search other apps if that is possible to download youtube video, That see what really the issue is.

You are mistaken. The message about Covid-19 was about websites hosting videos beginning to throttle bandwidth. We didn't say that this virus is affecting computers.
We were able to download the videos you mentioned, so it is not a compatibility issue between RealDownloader and YouTube. It is a bandwidth issue.
As mentioned previously, please try downloading these videos after a day or so.

I just installed "TubeGet" from Gihosoft. and tried to download that I was not able to download from realdownloader and Clipgrab.
From TubeGetm I download with no problem. I able to download, but it limit 5 videos per day.
So the problem is not the network. The issue is the compatibility.

I Install TubeGet and able to download youtube video without any problem. Perhaps you try to install it and test it. I hope you find the problem in Realdownloader and fix it. and let me know. I like to use Realdownloader.
