Video download stuck on "loading"

I can get to the web videos page and can play what shows up.  If I select a video the screen goes to "Loading" and gets stuck.

  We are aware of this issue and our engineers are working on fixing the Loading issue in Web Videos tab. We will send you an email as soon as it is resolved.

  Until such time, request you to use a web browser to search and download content.
