After typing in a search entry for web videos, "Loading ..." pops up but a list of resulting videos does not occur.  The "Loading ..." message remains with no videos.  This has been happening for over a month.  Please advise.  Thanks.

  We are aware of this issue and our engineers are working on fixing it. We will email you as soon as it is resolved.
  
  Until such time, request you to use a web browser to search and download content.

  When I try to download a video from any web link, I get the following "no videos found at that web address".  This is not an exclusive YouTube problem.  No web links work.  What is your suggestion now?  Real player hasn't work in over a month. Very discouraging.

  Can you please let us know the following information:

  1. Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.

  2. Right click on videodl.exe and click Properties and then the Details tab.

  Please provide us with the version number you see there.

  Wayne,

  You have the correct version. As I mentioned previously, the search box is being worked on by our engineering team. However, you can still download videos directly using a web browser. 

  We have noticed that YouTube is blocking videos from being downloaded at this time. There are other video hosting websites where you can still download videos from which suggests that the Downloader is still working and not broken.

  We don't control websites hosting videos so there is very little we can do to force our Downloader to download videos. We will continue to investigate if there are other ways to download videos from these popular websites but at this time our only request is to be patient so these websites allow videos to be downloaded again.

  However, if you are unable to download videos from a different website, please copy and paste the website address (URL) of the video that you are unable to download.

  The search function does not work. I'm talking about searching my own library, not the web.

  Can you please confirm what version of RealPlayer you are having? We just tested it on RealPlayer v.18 and v.2020 and we results do show up.

  Have you tried to reinstall RealPlayer?
