unable to display icon thumbnail for videos showing real icons

my video showing all realtime  icon in videos folder. click view option check display icon file on thumb drive NOT WORKING.  . when converted to WMA still showing real time icon which is blue . SHARMA CAN YOU HELP ME RETIRED NURSE BEEN WITH REALTIME SINCE 2014 CENTRAL TIME ZONE . ALSO I DON'T USE THE MUSIC BECAUSE I PUT MUSIC STORAGE IN WINDOW MEDIA ONLY . PICTURES AND VIDEOS FOR REALTIME FOR STORAGE . HELP ME WITH THAT AGAIN . I WILL LOOK MORE CLOSELY. HELP WEIRE I CAN DOWN LOAD VIDEO IT SHOW IN REALTIME BUT NOT IN THE FOLDER
