Real Player Will Not Work - Premium Upgrade

I just purchased a premium upgrade because Real Player free will not find any videos in the web search.  Now the premium upgrade does not find any web videos when I search for them.  No videos will download from yourtube.  It does nothing.  just white screen with frickin ads.  That all I get for my $25?

  to put it simply none of the premium features seem to work. especially getting rid of that really annoying ad to upgrade

  You will need to sign into RealPlayer to activate your Plus features. Since you setup your account with your email address and a password, you will need to enter your email address and the password associated with it to activate your Paid features.
