not getting package i paid for

i stated what i wanted to do with realplayer  was told which package i needed to buy  and i did  and now its telling me that i need to upgrade  what happen to the fact  that i already paid for the package  and also was i charged again  for installed realplayer on my other laptop please i need help with this  i wanted to have something to keep me from being so stress but this tryin to figure out whats up with realplayer please i just want it to work for me
