プレミアムへのアップデートが不明

４月13日にネットでRealplayer Ｄonloder Express のアップグレードの申込をしましたが申込は正常にできたのにその後の作業でのメッセージをみるとアップグレードができていないように思われます　申込時にfacebookでサインインを携帯番号０９０５０４４０５０６でしたのですが、このメールはメールアドレスosamu-oushiza@docomo.ne.jpでログインできたのでそのせいなのかは不明ですが、いずれにせよRealplayer Ｄonloder Expressにグレードアップできていないようです

確認する方法もしくは解決策等を教えて頂ければ幸いです
