Can you please ensure you are signed into RealPlayer? If you are already signed in and yet unable to burn DVDs, can you please let us know what error message you get?
video burn not working and I've had plus for a long time just had to upgrade computers
I don't know if this will help but I had a similar problem. For over a year if I clicked on BURN I would get a popup saying realplayer can not detect a CD burner. Seems a MSN update fouled things up.
I recently found that my virus protection was to blame. I'm using Windows Defender and it seems it took it upon itself to block realplayer.exe.
If you are using Windows defender open Windows Defender and clic on VIRUS AND THREAT PROTECTION.
Then ALLOWED THREATS.
Next click on PROTECTION HISTORY. And wait for it to load.
You will see several notations saying PROTECTED FOLDER ACCESS BLOCKED. Click on each one until you see Realplayer.exe.
Click on ACTIONS then click on ALLOW ON DEVICE..
Restart your computer. You should be able to burn DVDs and CDs.
If you are using a different virus protection it very well may be blocking some part of realplayer.
