I need to contact a real live RealPlayer Plus tech support person, either by telephone, chat or email. Preferably by telephone.

I have wasted several days trying to get that software to work to no avail. The online support is worthless.

If you can’t help me actually burn a DVD, I want my $39.99 back!!
