RealPlayer Downloader will not start

1- I have Windows 8. I checked when I sign in or close apps on screen, go to desktop instead of start.

2- I followed all your help tips about how to fix RealPlayer Downloader not showing when I try to download a you tube video. I uninstalled and reinstalled RealPlayer but did not work. I also restarted the RealDownloader but still did not work. Yet if I open youtube in Explorer 11 browser I could download youtube videos ?

Please help.

  It appears that you are trying to download videos using the WebVideos tab. Please note that this is a known issue. We are looking into it. Until such time, request you to use a web browser like Chrome, Firefox or Internet Explorer to download videos.
