Download Issues

Why all of the sudden are we not able to download videos from YouTube?  I have tried several, and get the "unable to download" message.  Have always been able to download from YouTube before the latest update.  I am using Chrome browser,  Have been able to download from anther site, but not from YouTube.

  Can you please let us know the following information:

  1. Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.
  2. Right click on videodl and click Properties and then the Details tab.

  Please provide us with the version number you see there.

  Could you also provide us with a sample URL that you are trying to download?

  The downloader processes like it is downing the video (with the progress bar) but then at the end I get the message "Unable to download video"

  Interestingly, we were able to download that particular video. Something else is blocking the videos to be downloaded.

  FYI - I have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Realplayer.  Thanks
