    Don't understand what you mean by only 3 videos are accessible but the others are locked. What do you mean by "locked" in this context? Are you not able to see your files or are you not able to play them?

    I can see them all. But only three are accessible. The rest are locked. And when I try to open them I get a message saying that I need to upgrade to Premium. But I already did.

    Can you please send us a screenshot of your RealPlayer where it shows "locked"?

    We see that you have an active RealPlayer Plus v.2020 under your email address. In order to play all videos, you will need to be subscribed to RealTimes Premium (Monthly or Yearly) plans. With RealPlayer Plus, you will have limited access to your files stored in your PC.

    See the attached screenshot of my account. It very clearly says that I have RealTime Premium. I paid for it and I should get all of the features. There is obviously something wrong with your system if it is not showing that.
