Real Player Downloader Issue

Lately when attempting to download a video My real Player appears with the Download window appearing with only the bottom part of the screen visible.At the bottom of the screen are Download Speed,Open Real Player and ClearHistory boxes. .It is as though the screen has been scrolled out of place.Can you tell me how I can correct this problem? Thank You.

  it will not download the things i want , it keeps tell me i can not . if this keeps up i will not be using this any more . i payed  so i could and i am not getting what i payed for

  Can you please let us know the following information:

  1. Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.
  2. Right click on videodl and click Properties and then the Details tab.

  Please provide us with the version number you see there.

  Could you also provide us with a sample URL that you are trying to download and the web browser you are using? Lastly, what version of RealPlayer do you have installed?

  can not download video and  audio.
