I am unable to upgrade my Real Player Basic to Real Player 25 Plus.

The title says it all. I'm sure I inputted correct details in. Is there something I filled incorrectly here?

  Just FYI, they are probably going to launch a Real Player 26 version, and despite the fact that the plans page not saying you are only buying the paid features for the 25 version, if you try and upgrade to the eventual 26 version you will be downgraded to the free version until you pay again.
