Downloaded Mobile App and paid for Premium. When I try to connect with PC, I get "We found a Realplayer PC library on (PC Name) but are unable to connect. Please ensure your PC is awake and on the same network". Yes the PC is awake and I only have one network for WiFi. Furthermore, when I check on PLANS on the PC - it is blank, but Premium shows on the Mobile App. To make matters worse, all your feedback loops come back with "unable to connect with www.real.com.
