cannot open trimmer, was fine until upgraded

recently upgraded to latest version of real player premium everything fine until i tried to use trimmer only to find I cannot open it even as administrator help

  If you are not able to open Trimmer, something may have gone wrong with the installation. Please reinstall RealPlayer and let us know if the issue still persists.
