Inporting video's

Having Trouble inporting video's to my library, will not import video's automatically you have to do it manually everytime you open realplayer takes some time over 500 vids windows 7 premium it will only pull about 6 -7 in you have to do the rest manually takes time... can you help.  michael

  Can you please make sure the folder where your videos are stored are added in your"Watch Folders" in Preferences?

  

  Please let us know if you already have the folder added but it won't import.
