    If you feel RealPlayer is not installing right or not seeing any error messages, can you please follow these steps.
     

    • Can you please go to C:\Users\<Your PC Name>\AppData\Roaming\Real\RealPlayer
    • Open a file named "RealPlayer-log.txt"?
    • Scroll down to the bottom of the log file and copy paste the last 4 lines over here.

    This will indicate where the problem is.
     
    If you have difficulty in finding this file, please let us know.

    We identified this issue and a fix is rolling out in the next 2 days. Please go back to www.real.com in 2 days to install the latest version to resolve this issue. If the issue persists after this, please let us know.

    it worked for the newer version , unfortunately , i am a plus user for the older version and still same issue
