Can't install RealPlayer on Windows 10
I can't install RealPlayer on either my C drive or my D drive. I download the program from https://www.real.com/uk/thankyou?rppr=home then after when I try to install it, I get this : 
And that is my problem. It is not my first time using it, I had it installed on another pc and the one I'm using to contact you, but I had an issue where my screen for the settings was stuck to a size and I couldn't change it so I uninstalled it last year or something and now, I just can't even install it. As far as I can tell, every files that comes with the installation of RealPlayer has either been removed from my c drive or my d drive. Can anyone help me? Thanks.

Con el mismo problema me encuentro yo, ya tenía instalada la versión 20, pero al querer instalar Real Player 22 desde la página oficial y al siempre al llegar al 90% de instalación me sale un mensaje y se detiene la instalación; me pide que descargue otra vez el instalador, lo vuelo a tratar de instalar y otra vez se detiene la instalación y me sale el mismo mensaje. Ya me cansé de que pasé siempre lo mismo.
QUE SE PUEDE HACER PORQUE EL INSTALADOR HASTA ME BORRO LA VERSION 20 Y YA NO LA PUDE RECUPERAR.
Ojalá y el servicio técnico conteste, porque hasta eso desactivaron el modo de comunicarnos con ellos. ¡QUE MAL SERVICIO Y ATENCION AL PUBLICO TIENEN!

You purchased RealPlayer Plus v.18. If you installed RealPlayer 22, you will need to upgrade to activate Plus features in RealPlayer 22 as this is a different product with additional new features. If you want to upgrade, please let us know. As a loyal user, you are eligible for a discount.
If you don't want to upgrade, you will need to uninstall RealPlayer 22 and install RealPlayer v.18. You can install RealPlayer v.18 by clicking this link.

Once you have installed RealPlayer v.18, you will need to sign into it to activate your Plus features.

- Right click on RealPlayer (shortcut) and click Run as administrator.
- Proceed with installing the additional components when prompted.
If the issue persists, please let us know.

It appears that Windows is blocking the installation to go through due to admin rights. Here is a workaround.
Go back to the installer and right click and choose Run as a Administrator.
