Cannot download videos

I am running windows 10 and just received an update on the 12th, June. I can no longer download anything with real player now. I have been using real player the free version a long time and until 3 days ago have had no problems. Can you help me. My email is bryanl53@hotmail.com

  If you are not seeing the Download This Video button anymore, please try the solutions from: Download This Video option does not appear
