videos from youtube not downloading

I just up grated to premium for the second time and still can't download videos from youtube.  please help

  If you are not seeing the Download This Video button, please follow the steps from: Download This Video option does not appear

  If you are getting the message "No videos to download on this page", please try this solution: 'No videos to download on this page'
