I bought my premium subscription and installed it correctly, but i can't access premium features. I cannot record videos or anything from the functions to which should enter How do I solve this problem?

  Gabriel,

  First, please make sure you are signed into RealPlayer to activate your Plus features. Here are instructions to sign in:

  https://customer.real.com/hc/en-us/articles/204040653-Signing-in-to-RealPlayer

  Can you please follow these steps to update your Downloader:
  
  

  1. Try downloading a video (You may still receive the same error).
  2. Restart your computer. (This will update the Downloader in the background)
  3. Try downloading a video now and let us know if you still have the problem.
