    We see that you have used up all of the 25GB of Cloud storage and there are files up to 25GB stored in the Cloud. Can you please confirm that you are signed into your Cloud with your yahoo address?

    That said, we see that you purchased RealPlayer Plus and subscribed to RealTimes 25GB cloud. We have not been able to charge your credit card for both yet. We cancelled your RealPlayer Plus purchase and can confirm that you won't be charged for this. However if you want to keep your Cloud storage active, please make sure you update your payment information before it automatically cancels. Here are instructions to update your payment information.
