How do I update, change, or delete my credit card, or other information in my account?
In RealTimes (and RealPlayer Plus): Go to https://realtimes.real.com/myaccount and sign in if you are not already signed in.
- In the Account section, you can update your first and last name, change your password, manage your email subscriptions, and set your language preference.
- In the Billing section, you can update your payment information. (If you paid with PayPal, please update your credit card or bank account information directly through PayPal.)
In RealPlayer 16 or earlier: We are no longer able to support password reset or other account changes for RealPlayer 16 and prior versions (both free and Plus).
Note: It is not possible to change the date on which you are billed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
