How do I update, change, or delete my credit card, or other information in my account?
In RealTimes (and RealPlayer Cloud): Go to https://realtimes.real.com/myaccount and sign in if you are not already signed in.
- In the Account section, you can add an email address, change your primary email address, update your first and last name, change your password, manage your email subscriptions, and set your language preference.
- In the Billing section, you can update your payment information. (If you paid with PayPal, please update your credit card or bank account information directly through PayPal.)
- In the Plans section, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan.
Note: The billing page may not appear for users on Internet Explorer 9 or older browsers. If this is the case for you, please update your browser or try using Firefox or Chrome to update your billing information.
In RealPlayer 16 or earlier: We are no longer able to support password reset or other account changes for RealPlayer 16 and prior versions (both free and Plus).
Note: It is not possible to change the date on which you are billed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
