Can't reach previously downloaded videos

I have many years ago bought the RealPlayer Plus and downloaded many videos from Youtube. Later I got some kind of update which I installed. After that I could no longer find the downloaded videos. Now I wonder if they got deleted or if just RealPlayer does not show the links.

  All your files should still be stored in your PC. Please scan for media and them back to your library. Here are instructions on how to do that.

  I notice that all complaints about Real Player service don´t show a reply from Real Player customer service dep´t. but show a space for subscriber  comment . So is Real Player a real entity or just some cyberspace void ?
