Can not download Realplayer Plus

I did not get the Realplayer Plus Download when I tried and I'm unable to try it again.  How do I go about getting this.  I got the notice you received the money and everything - but, no product yet.  Thanks.

  I see that you have an active RealPlayer Plus under your email address. You will need to sign into RealPlayer to activate your Plus features. Here are the instructions to sign in:

  This is my problem. You keep giving me directions on how to sign in or try to use Plus..   I did not download Plus yet, altho I paid for it.

  Jack,

  Signing into RealPlayer will activate your Plus features. When signed in correctly, you will see a star (*) before your name on the top right corner of RealPlayer indicating that Plus is activated.
