BURNING VIDEOS

 I have been burning videos with no problem untill now, when I select to burn the videos which I have selected ""REALPLAYER SHUTS DOWN " THIS  HAPPENED EVERY TIME NOW. CAN YOU PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT I NEED TO DO TO CORRECT THIS FAULT. THANK YOU

  This can happen if you are trying to burn a video that may not be compatible with RealPlayer burn feature or if your library database is corrupted. Would you know what format these videos are that you are trying to burn?

  If in case your library database is corrupted, you can fix that by following the instructions from this link.

  Please note: If you have any playlists created, you will have to recreate them if you are going to follow these steps.
