new realplayer premium seems bunk

just got real player premium and i'm not impressed. its slow it sounds off, takes forever to import large numbers of files my laptop is not the best but it has a core i5

prosesser and 8 gig of ram wich  is sufficiant to run my traktor Dj setup with turntables timecodes and b ackground apps. if im using realplayer I cant use anything else or it freezes or crashes. how do you know if you have the premium 

installation I am suposed to but it does not say anywhere that I can see. I had this program years ago and it was awsome it had a youtube to mp3 converter aswell

as all of the others and it never sketched out or froze, whats up?

  This is being slow probably because it is not installed correctly.

  Please follow the instructions from the below link to resolve your issue.

  Please note: If you have any playlists created, you will have to recreate them.

  Please note: You will need to sign into RealPlayer to activate your Premium features. Once you are successfully signed in, you will see a star (*) on the top right corner of RealPlayer.

  RealConverter is a part of RealPlayer. You will find it in your All Programs
