Real Downloader still showing free version after purchasing Real Player Plus

I purchased Real Player Plus last November but in my PC the Real Downloader still shows free version. My email address is smuks31@gmail.com. Never received any license for my copy. I can send my credit card payment statement as reference.

  You will need to sign into RealPlayer with your email address to activate your Plus features. Here are instructions to sign in:
