I have not downloaded the realplayer downloader express. How do I do that. I haven't received a key code even though I paid for downloader express via pay pal a few minutes ago.

  We see an active RealPlayer Downloader Express under your email address. You will need to sign into RealPlayer to activate your Downloader Express features. Here are instructions to sign in:

  Do you have to "upgrade" your Real Player for "Downloader Express" to work?

  It didn't state that when I clicked on the blurb to download "Downloader Express".

  If that's the case, how do I cancel and get a refund? I do not want to upgrade Real Player.
