    We don't store any of your videos unless they are stored in the Cloud. Looking at your account, you don't have a Cloud account which is a paid subscription) with us but a RealPlayer Plus account. All the videos are stored in your PC's hard disk. If you changed computers, you will need to manually transfer them over to your new PC. If you haven't changed computers, please follow the instructions from this link.
