Re above post. Thank you for the advice. I was able to resolve the issue by completing the uninstall process, and then re-installing. Everything now appears to be working well. Thanks again.

Unable to sign in
I am unable to sign in. I keep getting asked to verify my account and enter my e-mail and password, but when I click sign in, nothing happens. I have even re-set my password, but to no avail.
