still no joy when re installing realplayer the installation goes ok but when asked to install additional software meaning the playpack the installation process cuts off before the end

realpayer has stopped working in windows 10
I cannot play any of my downloaded video clips on realplayer,i have uninstalled and re installed but still no joy the screen just freezes and when I close the window from the taskbar I cannot reope...
