I encountered the same issue when I tried to download a 2025 year-in-review deaths video. I hope Real can come up with a solution as soon as possible.

This issue has indeed been solved, and it happened just as I thought. I put the download in my Documents folder. When the download happened, now I can see the thumbnail!:)
