resolution issue

 Hello,

I installed the new version of Real Player and lost all my vids from the old version.  How can I restore?

Second issue.... the quality of the recorded NEW videos is terrible.  I tried changing the resolution and now find it STUCK in the old settings.  Everytime I reset... to reverts back to the old settings.

Should I uninstall the new version and reinstall?  Will I lose all my new videos?  Will I be able to download as I have recently PAID for this install and set of problems.

  As long as your files (videos and audio files) are stored in the same PC, RealPlayer should be able to locate them and add them back to the RealPlayer's library. Have you installed the latest version on a new PC or the same PC that had the older version of RealPlayer?
