  Did you restart your computer after installing RealPlayer? If you have and still not working, simply reinstall RealPlayer.

  再起動したが、ショートカットが見当たらない。

  設定画面がらアプリ一覧を表示し探したが、アプリも見つからない。

  保留されていた Windows Update の更新処理を実行後、再度 RealPlayerをインストールしたところ起動できました。
